No worries, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied! Please email returns@dimthelightbox.com and we will issue a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All products must be unused and in resellable condition for a full refund. Note, shipping costs are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible to ship the product back to us. Upon receiving your return, we will notify you and process your refund within seven (7) business days.

We also reserve the right to reject any return and/or exchange that does not meet conditions outlined above.
We understand that things happen, so we will grant you one replacement. You have a 30-day window from the date the package was reported as delivered to contact us regarding a replacement. If you have already reached out to your local Post Office and anyone that may have retrieved your package on your behalf, please be sure to include that information as well as the best possible shipping address in your email to prevent any additional delays in receiving your replacement.
